		<description>Mint.com seems to me like it can prove helpful in dual functions.  While it certainly helps to manage spending and the associated trends, it also causes important introspection as to how healthy a lifestyle I really lead.  After briefly tracking my spending, I see the Chipotle is far and away my leading merchant and see that my credit cards are mainly used at drinking establishments.  Lifestyle change in order?  I think so.</description>
