		<description>I can&#039;t agree more. I&#039;m in a program with lots of young colleagues, and this is one thing that really sets people apart. The complainers don&#039;t generally make big changes, get recognized, or generally inspire the people around them.

Here&#039;s a really simple mind-hack I use all the time : whenever I feel grumpy about work, I force myself to smile. As silly as it sounds, when you activate your smiling muscles, your brain is tricked (ever so slightly) into feeling happy. Smile :)</description>
