Awesome thought. I've been thinking about companies like Zappos, Virgin, and

I totally agree, a team is mission critical and you may have a point for it

It's often tough to build a team without money, you can only give away so

Joining/starting a start-up is like running up a high and unpredictable mountain with a mountain top above the clouds. The view is amazing at the top but to get there you need dedication and a synchronized team effort. A great support team comprised of people who've done that before or who are simply A+ players is of great help. What about hiring/working with the best available team?
